The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has an overall score of 75.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite's 74.2 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Tab A7 Lite works with Android 11 operating system. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a incredibly older, incredibly heavier and just a little thicker tablet than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a sharper display than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a way larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1824 x 2736 pixels and a higher display density. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a much powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has 13 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more cpu cores.
