Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, getting a general score of 74.2 against 65.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite construction is much newer and thinner, but also a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has the older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version.
