The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is much better than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, with a overall score of 82.1 against 74.2. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a newer 14 version and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has Android 11, providing a lot of extra features and performance improvements. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra design is thinner but much heavier than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite features a really superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra counts with a screen that is very similar to the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite one, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra also has more pixels per inch of screen, a lot bigger display and a lot better 1848 x 2960 resolution.

Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a 11200mAh battery size.
