Galaxy Tab S7 is better than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, with a score of 86.6 against 74.2. Both of these devices use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should give you all the same OS features. Galaxy Tab S7 is an older and much heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, but Samsung managed to make it thinner anyway.

Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab S7, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, resigning a couple specs and features.
