Galaxy Tab Active 2 is just a bit better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, having a 70 score against 65.2. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13, counting with lots of additional features. Even though the Galaxy Tab Active 2 is noticeably older and much thicker than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, it's construction is still somewhat lighter.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a little bit higher pixel count in each screen inch, a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a lot bigger display. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with much more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab Active 2, and although they both have 8 cores, the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a much better battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity against 4450mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a slightly better camera than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although it has a way worse resolution back camera.
