The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, having a 70 score against 60.4. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker device than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2. They have the same display pixels density, a screen with the same size and the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB and 8 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a bit better CPU than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and 2 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a much higher video quality.
Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 costs a lot more money than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
