Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a score of 70, which is better than Microsoft Surface 2's overall score of 63.4. Galaxy Tab Active 2's design is notably newer and noticeably lighter than the Microsoft Surface 2's, but it is also thicker. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS.
The Microsoft Surface 2 has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a just a bit greater number of pixels per display inch and a lot larger display.
