Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Go, getting a score of 70 against 66.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, while Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is an older and somewhat thicker tablet than Microsoft Surface Go, but Samsung was able to make it lighter anyway.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has just a little better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of 1600 megahertz cores. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a quite better number of pixels per inch in the display, a bigger display and a lot better 1800 x 1200 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a better camera than Microsoft Surface Go. They have a same resolution back camera, the same video frame rate and the same video quality. Microsoft Surface Go features much more memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Go.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface Go, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Microsoft Surface Go. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active 2, else you can save some money and buy the Microsoft Surface Go, resigning some specifications.
