Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has an overall score of 70, which is much better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's 62.5 overall score. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a thicker but incredibly lighter device than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a greater hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more cpu cores. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a just a little worse display pixels density, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also counts with a bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera in the back with way more mega pixels. Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 53% bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
