The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, with a 70 score against 63.5. Even being the best we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 construction is somewhat heavier and a lot thicker than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Both tablets we are comparing include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0 version.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280px resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with a just a little greater display density. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a much better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and more cpu cores. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features just a little better battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a greater camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a lot higher video quality and a much higher 8 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
