The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a global score of 79, which is way better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2's overall score of 62.5. Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a thicker and noticeably heavier tablet than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 10 OS, so both should give you identical operating system features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has more pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a much better storage for applications and games than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a bit better processor than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with superior battery lifetime than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a 5050mAh battery capacity instead of 4080mAh. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 captures better photographs and videos than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a much better 13 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a way higher (4K) video quality.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Alcatel JOY TAB 2. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
