The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has Android 10 operating system, while iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 16.x operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a much more powerful processor than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
