The Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, getting a score of 79 against 65.1. Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel number per inch in the screen and a little higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage.
