Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a global score of 79, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT's global score of 58.4. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 construction is noticeably newer and a lot lighter, but also a little bit thicker than Microsoft Surface RT. Galaxy Tab Active 3 has Android 10 operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT operating system.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a little faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory.
