The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), with a global score of 79 against 60.7. These tablets work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has newer 10 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1 version, so it provides a couple additional features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a a lot newer and just a little thinner tablet device than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), but it is heavier.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much higher pixels density, a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bit bigger display. Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that holds up to 1 TB.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a much powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot better 13 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a way better (4K) video quality.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has improved battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has 5050mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
