The Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, having a 79 score against 74.5. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Active 3 has an older 10 version and Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 construction is extremely newer and notably lighter than Galaxy Tab A 10.5's, but it's incredibly thicker.

Galaxy Tab Active 3 has just a bit better display than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a very superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because it has 64 GB internal memory and an external memory slot that holds up to 1 TB. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has a 45% greater battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.5's camera is just as good as the camera in Galaxy Tab Active 3, although the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a lot lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a much worse resolution camera in the back.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 costs a little more money than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
