Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot better than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, having a 79 score against 65.7. Galaxy Tab Active 3's design is notably newer than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's, but it's a lot heavier and a lot thicker. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 comes with Android 10 operating system, while Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 comes with Android operating system.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has more CPU cores and more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 captures better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because it has a much more mega-pixels back facing camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
