Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has an overall score of 73.6, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab Active's 67 overall score. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's design is newer, much thinner and incredibly lighter than the Galaxy Tab Active. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab Active, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has much more pixels per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has 48 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a little better performance than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Tab Active has just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery capacity. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's camera is very similar to the camera in Galaxy Tab Active, although the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has a much higher (Quad HD / 2K) video definition and a way higher resolution back-facing camera.
