Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, getting a 67 score against 65.7. Galaxy Tab Active has Android 4.4 OS, while Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 works with Android OS. Even though the Galaxy Tab Active is better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, it must be noted that it is also older, heavier and noticeably thicker.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a bit better display than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixel number per screen inch and a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a much higher (Full HD) video quality and a camera in the back with a lot better 8 megapixels resolution. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a way bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a 6190mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab Active is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
