Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a lot better than the Acer Predator 8, having a score of 77.5 against 57.7. Even though the Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a lot newer than Acer Predator 8, it is somewhat thicker and way heavier. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab Active Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version, giving a lot of extra features and improved performance.
Acer Predator 8 features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1200 x 1920 resolution, the Acer Predator 8 also counts with a better pixel number in each inch in the screen. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Acer Predator 8, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a bit more powerful processing unit than Acer Predator 8, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a much longer battery life than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 72% more battery size. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a much better camera than Acer Predator 8, because it has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro is way more expensive than Acer Predator 8, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
