The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has an overall score of 77.5, which is a bit better than Google Nexus 9's global score of 74.5. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version and Google Nexus 9 has Android 5.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro's design is notably newer than Google Nexus 9's, although it is extremely thicker and heavier.
The Google Nexus 9 has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 6 less cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bits processor. The Google Nexus 9 counts with an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a better pixels number per inch of display.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 9, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Google Nexus 9, because it has 7600mAh of battery capacity against 6700mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a much better camera than Google Nexus 9, because it has a way better (4K) video quality and a back camera with much more mega pixels.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 9. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Google Nexus 9, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
