Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro is just a bit better than the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), having a global score of 77.5 against 77.4. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab Active Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has Android 4.4.2, so it offers some additional features. Galaxy Tab Active Pro's design is incredibly newer, but incredibly thicker and heavier than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a way better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, and although they both have a same size screen, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a better pixels count in each inch of screen and a higher 1600 x 2560px resolution. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because it has an 8 percent larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a way better camera than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has a camera in the back with a way better 13 mega pixels resolution and a much higher video resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it costs more money than the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition). If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
