Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is much better than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 77.5 score against 66.5. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a heavier device than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, but both are equally thin.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, although it has a quite lower count of pixels per display inch, a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024px and a lot smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a 7600mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
