The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB, having a 64.9 score against 59.4. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is an extremely older, heavier and just a little bit thicker device than Alcatel JOY TAB. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has the older 5.1 Lollipop version and Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Alcatel JOY TAB has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a greater amount of RAM.
