Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is a bit better than Asus ZenPad Z10's score of 63.6. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has the previous 5.1 Lollipop version while Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Galaxy Tab E 8.0's body is extremely thicker but notably lighter than the Asus ZenPad Z10, and both were only released 8 months apart.

Asus ZenPad Z10 features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a larger number of cores and 1,5 GB more RAM memory. Asus ZenPad Z10 has a much better screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a bigger screen, more pixels per display inch and a way higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution.
