The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is just a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15's score of 63.8. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13, giving you a lot of extra features. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is an a lot older and somewhat thicker tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, but Samsung managed to build it way lighter anyway.

Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a 66 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, although it has a back camera with lot less MP.
