LG G Pad 8.3 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, getting a 65.9 score against 64.9. The LG G Pad 8.3 is an a lot older tablet than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, but it's just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner anyway. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad 8.3 has older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
The LG G Pad 8.3 has an incredibly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a little larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. The LG G Pad 8.3 features a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has more RAM memory.
LG G Pad 8.3 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing photographs or videos in low light situations, and they both have a back facing camera with a 5 megapixels resolution, the LG G Pad 8.3 also counts with a lot higher video resolution.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a little better battery duration than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a 9 percent bigger battery size.
