Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is much better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, with a 64.9 score against 58.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 works with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows operating system.
