The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a score of 64.9, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7's score of 60.5. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, it's way lighter and also newer. These devices work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has older 5.1 Lollipop version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a higher screen density.
