The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a general score of 74.3, which is better than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0's 64.9 general score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is older and much heavier than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, it's construction is still thinner. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has 4 more CPU cores and more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a lot higher screen density, a much bigger display and a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560.
