Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has an overall score of 74.5, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0's 64.9 overall score. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an older tablet than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, but it's lighter and a lot thinner anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a much better 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution, a bit bigger screen and way more pixels per inch in the display.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, although it has a way lower 1280x720 video resolution and a lot less MP back camera. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB, the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has 32 GB internal storage capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
