The Galaxy Tab E is just a bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), with a general score of 60.7 against 59.5. Both of these tablets use the same Android 4.4 OS (Operating System), so they should give you all the same OS features. Galaxy Tab E's design has the same thickness than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), but it is a lot heavier.
