LG G Pad 8.3 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E, with a global score of 65.9 against 60.7. LG G Pad 8.3's body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E, but it's much lighter. Both of these devices come with the same Android 4.4 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has 512 MB more RAM. The LG G Pad 8.3 has a lot better looking display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot better pixels number per screen inch.

The LG G Pad 8.3 has a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 8 GB more internal memory. Galaxy Tab E counts with a little better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4600mAh.

The LG G Pad 8.3 shoots much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a 5 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a lot higher video quality.
