The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has an overall score of 65, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab E's 60.7 overall score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 operating system, and Galaxy Tab E works with Android 4.4 operating system. Even though Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is older and heavier than the Galaxy Tab E, it's construction is still a little thinner.
