Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a little better processing power than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a bigger screen, a little higher screen pixels density and a better 1600 x 2560px resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with just a bit better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video quality and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has as much storage to store more apps and games as the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, both of them have an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB and the same internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a way better battery life than Asus MeMO Pad 8.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 costs a lot more money than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
