Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a little bit better than Google Nexus 9, with a 74.6 score against 74.5. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an older 4.4 version while Google Nexus 9 has Android 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is an older and a little heavier tablet than the Google Nexus 9, but Samsung made it a bit thinner anyway.
Google Nexus 9 and Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 count with very similar screens, although the Google Nexus 9 has a little worse 2048 x 1536 resolution, a bit lower pixels count per inch of screen and a little bit smaller display. Google Nexus 9 features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has lesser cores and doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with a 64-bits processor.
Google Nexus 9 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Both of them have a back camera with an 8 MP, the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 9, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 64 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with better battery lifetime than Google Nexus 9, because it has an 8220mAh battery capacity against 6700mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 9, letting go some features and specs.
