Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is better than Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 score. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 construction is thinner and a lot lighter than Microsoft Surface 3, even though it was released a little bit further than a year before. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an incredibly better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and more pixels per display inch.

Microsoft Surface 3 has a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.

Microsoft Surface 3 and Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 feature really similar cameras, both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the same video resolution and the same video frame rate. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface 3, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
