Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 global score. Even though Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is older than Microsoft Surface Go, it's construction is thinner and somewhat lighter. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 works with Android 4.4 OS, and Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 OS.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a lot better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a better resolution of 1600 x 2560, a little bigger display and a higher screen density. Microsoft Surface Go features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a little bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a GPU. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Go. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Microsoft Surface Go both have extremely similar cameras, both of them have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video quality and a back camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a lot more expensive than the Microsoft Surface Go, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
