Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, getting a global score of 75.1 against 74.6. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, and Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 works with Android 4.4 OS. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is newer than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, it's thicker and heavier.
