Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, with a 74.6 score against 65. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 design is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, even when they were released with only a few months difference. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has Android 4.4 OS, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better looking display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a way higher quantity of pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a superior hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an extra graphics processor and a higher number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a camera in the back with way more mega pixels. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
