Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's overall score of 65.9. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a just a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, even when they were only released with a couple months difference. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the newer 4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version, providing you some extra features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster), a greater amount of RAM memory and a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
