Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), having a score of 74.6 against 70.2. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is an noticeably older tablet than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), but Samsung managed to build it lighter and a bit thinner. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has Android 8.1 Oreo version.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
