Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a general score of 74.6, which is much better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0's score of 62.8. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat version. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, but it's heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a larger screen, a way better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a way better pixel density. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a quite bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a greater amount of RAM and an extra graphics co-processor. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a lot higher video resolution and a camera with a lot higher 8 megapixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab A 8.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab A 8.0, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
