The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a global score of 74.6, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's 73.6 overall score. Despite being the best tablet we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is an older, noticeably heavier and a lot thicker tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less CPU cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional GPU. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better screen than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a bigger screen and a little higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 128 GB. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch. Both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rate and a back facing camera with an 8 mega pixels.
