The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also counts with an additional graphics processor. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a little higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a little bit better pixel number per display inch and a quite larger screen.
Galaxy Tab S3 captures greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has a much higher (4K) video quality and a much more mega pixels camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a way better battery life than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 37% bigger battery capacity.
