The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL, having a 78.5 score against 58.3. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a much thinner but somewhat heavier tablet than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL.
