The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a global score of 78.5, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface 3's overall score of 66.3. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2's design is just a little thinner than Microsoft Surface 3, although it's somewhat heavier and was released about 16 months before. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also counts with a graphics processing unit.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a much better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a little larger screen, a bit better pixels quantity per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a better camera than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution.

The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is not only the best tablets of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it an obvious call.
