The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than the Samsung Ativ Tab, with a 78.5 score against 66.7. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a newer and thinner device than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it's also noticeably heavier. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has Android 4.4 OS, and Samsung Ativ Tab works with Windows RT OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much better display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a bigger screen, a much greater pixels amount per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a higher number of cores, a higher amount of RAM memory and a much better 450 MHz GPU.
The Samsung Ativ Tab's memory capacity to install games and applications is just as good as the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 one, they have a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity.
