Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, getting an 80 score against 78.5. Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with Windows 10 OS, and Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 OS. Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch's construction is newer and a little thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a slightly better 1600 x 2560px resolution, a little bit higher screen pixel density and a quite bigger screen. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity instead of 5070mAh.
