The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a global score of 78.5 against 65.6. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has an older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2's design is way heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and both of them were released only 3 months apart.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has more RAM and an extra graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the display, a way larger screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a much more megapixels camera and a lot higher 1920x1080 video definition. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has 64 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 9500mAh battery size.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
